Having completed more than 300 Residential and Commercial projects in the Bay area, Andrew is the source for a majority of our aesthetic and design inspiration, having demanding standards for the success of each project. Responsible for design, client relations, public hearings, new business development, and project management.

As project manager, Steve works directly with clients to help convey meeting information an implement decisions into the drawings. He has also been instrumental in implementing our 3D modeling and visualization (still views, walk-through & fly-by animations, panaramics) with Architectural Desktop & Viz2006 as a service to our clients. He has been with the firm since 1999, and is currently studying for the ARE exam

Dan has been with the firm since 1997. His role with the firm includes design, client relations, and project management from start to finish. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the firm, directing staff and day to day operations, as well as supervising the office hardware and software resources to ensure we are ahead of industry demands.

Hong joined Young & Borlik in February 2008, bringing years of residential and commercial design-build experience to the company. Hong has designed hundreds of new construction and remodeling projects, including the reconstruction of the historic Cunha Country Grocery building in Half Moon Bay. One of her residential remodel designs received a prestigious Chrysalis Award in 2006.

Tanya has been with Young & Borlik Inc. since March 2006. As our interior designer, she puts her focus on interior space planning and custom detailing for specialty projects such as in-home theaters, wine cellars, outdoor kitchens, and restoration. She enjoys creative new challenges on project design and development.

Christina joined the Young & Borlik team in 2007. She works as a designer-draftsperson for the firm, providing key support in project development. She brings her design consulting experience from residential and hospitality projects on the east coast.

Carla joined the firm in 2007. Previous experience includes ten years in Peru working on architectural and urban projects and two years in Connecticut and New York working on residential projects. She now enjoys living in the Bay Area, and working on new project development.

Adrian has been a drafter-designer with Young & Borlik since 2007. In the years prior to joining the firm, Adrian spent his time in school and working in the Engineering Field as a CAM Engineer. Adrian is now living a childhood dream of getting a chance to put his own mind and creativity into the design of fine new and remodeled homes. Adrian plans on furthering his education and gaining much experience in the Architectural design field.

Pat has played a key role as administrator for the firm since 1997. Her previous experience includes Design and Space Planning for commercial buildings, yachts and residential projects. Designer and CFO Tenant Construction Consultants, San Marcos, CA Property Management and Accounting, Mountain View, CA Administrator with Young and Borlik for 6 years.

Jenny has been with the firm since it formed in 1988. Jenny helps us keep on top and is an excellent Assistant Office Manager.
