3D Design & Animation
During the design process we can take our computer generated 2D floor plans and bring them into a 3D virtual world, rendered with details, finishes and shadows. From the three-dimensional model, still images and animations can be created to help you experience the spaces before they are built. We can offer a range in level of detail, ranging from Basic, Moderate, High, and Premium, depending on desired outcome and associated cost of fees. Below are a few examples of animated presentations.

Below are a few examples of interactive panoramics of a room or space that can be created from the 3D model. They allow you to manually pan and zoom around the room for a virtual experience. These are also available in a range of detail, from Basic, Moderate, High, and Premium. Often we can create very basic single-color panoramics with just a few extra hours of time from our CAD plans. Or we can spend additional time to apply the finishes, colors, details, and shadows for a realistic presentation.
