There are a variety of other professions which are often necessary to turn a concept into reality. Almost all projects will require structural engineering and Title 24 energy compliance. Some projects will also require topographic surveys, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and arborist reports. Additionally, landscape architecture, interior design, and lighting design are a few optional design related fields that can be involved to ensure success. Environmental & energy engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, audio-visual and telecommunications, acoustical engineering, fire sprinkler engineering, solar engineering, and hydronic engineering are some of the additional technical fields.
