On a vacant lot in unincorporated Menlo Park, this new home was designed with careful regard for the existing large mature trees, maximization of the zoning restrictions, and thoughtful design of the spaces and circulation. Rustic materials and an irregular massing contribute to a relaxed and rural feel of the exterior. The finished home is filled with natural light and character, minimal circulation space for maximum room space, and great connectivity to the exterior.
