For some projects, the need arises for a more refined presentation of the design, either to facilitate public hearing approvals from a Design Review Board, or to help clients better visualize what their dream home will look like. Depending on the needs of your project, we can apply various techniques to create convincing presentations.
Some involve the 2-D CAD line drawings which are colored either by hand or with photoshop.
Others are a hybird of the colored elevation or perspective which is then digitally merged onto a photograph of the actual site.
Some are perspectives which can be generated with 3-D CAD models. Some are completely hand rendered by the careful hand of Andrew Young. Some are a hybrid of both, using the accuracy of the computer to generate the base for the expert hand to render with all the warmth and character.
