This formal Mediterranean inspired home tucked nicely among the existing mature oak and redwood trees of the site. Spanish tile, cast stone moldings, and stucco finished off the exterior. Natural light and views were brought generously into each of the rooms. Skylights brought warm natural light to the soffits along the formal central hallways. A large covered patio to the rear emphasized the indoor/outdoor connections of the living and family spaces with the backyard. Accessibility was also carefully considered to accommodate the varying special needs of its residents.
