This project involves a kitchen remodel and second story addition above the garage and kitchen. The new design provides a master suite on the second floor in addition to a small office. The kitchen was enlarged slightly into the rear yard to allow for a nice large island. For city design approval, careful consideration was given to the street view of the second story addition above the garage.
