Our firm offers a wide range of architectural services. We normally dedicate three or four people to each of our projects, depending on scope and schedule. The principals, lead architects and project managers conduct most of the client and City correspondence, meetings, and design. A project architect or project manager performs the design and project development in conjunction with draftspersons, who are responsible for the layout and production of the drawings.

Although we do perform a small measure of commercial work, we are predominantly a full service, custom residential firm. We understand that your project is a substantial investment. Our clients view all aspects of their homes differently. In our eyes, it is investment, lifestyle accommodation, and a place of comfort, even showplace. It is paramount that you communicate with us, and that we listen. The eventual success of our project together relies on constant reevaluation. Your full attention and regular feedback is essential.

There is a balance we must work together to identify for every client. It is between cost, service, and quality. We perform work for many individuals with varying priorities, aesthetics, and value requirements. There is no crystal ball to accurately predict the complete course of any project. We will make every attempt to understand your needs, and to work in a direction most appropriate to meet those needs. We remain very flexible in the process to increase or to decrease our involvement as the project evolves.
