Dan has been with the firm since 1997. As a Director for the firm, his duties include directing staff and day to day operations, business development, and overseeing the office hardware and software resources. As a senior project manager his daily roles include design and development, client relations, City interactions and project management from start to finish.

Hong joined Young & Borlik in February 2008, bringing years of residential and commercial design-build experience to the company. Hong has designed hundreds of new construction and remodeling projects, including the reconstruction of the historic Cunha Country Grocery building in Half Moon Bay. One of her residential remodel designs received a prestigious Chrysalis Award in 2006.

Tanya has been with Young & Borlik Inc. since March 2006. As a project manager with a designer eye, Tanya works directly with clients to implement design solutions that maximum space and functionality. In collaboration with our consultants, Tanya works to create inviting one-of-a-kind environments from start to finish.

Christina joined the Young & Borlik team in 2007. She works as a designer-draftsperson for the firm, providing key support in project development. She brings her design consulting experience from residential and hospitality projects on the east coast.

Adrian has been a drafter-designer with Young & Borlik since 2007. In the years prior to joining the firm, Adrian spent his time in school and working in the Engineering Field as a CAM Engineer. Adrian is now living a childhood dream of getting a chance to put his own mind and creativity into the design of fine new and remodeled homes. Adrian plans on furthering his education and gaining much experience in the Architectural design field.
