QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- Strong design skills
- Ability to communicate ideas with freehand sketches
- Basic technical knowledge of different building construction types
- Ability to interpret a building program and generate varied design concepts
- Self-motivated with an interest in professional growth
- An ability to focus on more than one project at a time
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Additional 3D rendering skills is a plus
