Remodel | Mission Style Cottage
This second story addition and remodel to the rear took inspiration from the charm of the existing house. The approach was to preserve the small scale character and street presence as the first layer, and direct the mass of the addition and second story to the rear as a secondary layer. We provided a basic level of computer modeling during the design phase, superimposed on the existing photo, for client visualization and City design approvals.
